KMS 205 (LMR) Media Testing

KMS 205 is a dynamic and powerful diagnostic Kerr Mapping System ideal for both R&D and production operations. The system is able to automatically create a mapping of the magnetic properties (Hc, S*, SR and OR) of LMR media at any point of the entire disk in accordance to the user's settings or at any pre-defined positions and plot a full hysteresis loop within seconds. In addition, the system will automatically rectify alignment errors and take care of the input position and measurements.

The System is equipped with user-friendly graphing functions and customized mathematical function which provides flexibility to usage by different user groups, for example: operators, technicians and engineers. The ability to measure using a wide range of direct magnetic field and different disk sizes by changing the vaccum disk chuck, provides great felxibility and productivity to the user. The system also comes with read network connectivity for user to connect to the location network.
